14 February 2011
On this day, the Gov was busy celebrating the 10th anniversary of the National Action Charter, which 98.4% of the people of Bahrain voted for, just before it was overturned by the King, through the issuance of a new Constitution that was never endorsed nor accepted by the people of Bahrain. On the other hand, while people were protesting against the coup by the King, when he betrayed his people ten years back, the regime security forces cracked down all protests brutally, with no prior warning.
Let's shed some light on the disparity between the Bahrain Government narratives and the people's side of the story.
