Can it be "Individual Acts"? - Part II

Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry (BICI) chairman Mr. Cherif Bassiouni stated that no evidences exist, yet, that may condemn Bahraini regime of committing systematic torture crimes or war crimes or crimes against humanity. It justifies that statement by claiming that the Ministry of Interior and high Government officials were very cooperative with the members of BICI and that no direct orders from high authorities of the Kingdom to the people on ground to commit violations were spotted.

It concludes its statement by saying that violations that took place on ground might have just as well be "individual acts".

Those links are for riot police, bahrain defense force members, mercenaries and armed thugs smashing thousands of cars, vandalizing them, stealing them and destroying public property...

Can this amount of violations be "individual acts"?

Those videos are for riot police terrorizing innocent unarmed civilians, beating them, humiliating them and torturing them.

Irfan Mohammed Ahmed - Is he a Victim?

The Bahraini Government story is as follows...

Mohammed Irfan (23 years) is a Bengladeshi Mo'azen in one of Manama's mosques. He was on his way back home when he was attacked by a bunch of criminals, back in March 2011. When he tried to escape, the criminals chased him to his home. They broke into his home and his bedroom. They tortured three of his friends. They took the other two friends to the Pearl Roundabout. Then they attacked him brutally, using iron rods, wooden sticks and boiling oil. He was, then, admitted to Bahrain Defense Force Hospital. The Doctor says Irfan has multiple injuries, including a skull fracture, cut above the eye and a cut in the tongue with a shrap object. Currently Irfan is in a vegetative state. Irfan is being fed by food tubes attached to his stomach. This treatment will be continued until there is a hope for him to get better Inshallah.

That was the Government story.

Pro-Gov dudes accuse Shiites opposition of cutting his tongue because he's a Sunni, and that he lost his tongue because he would not give up saying Azan when repeatedly told not to by Shiites terrorists.

Al-Watan newspaper published the following on the 14th of September 2011 - edition 2106...

After investigating the case and raising the case in court, those were the findings...

Irfan is not a Bengladeshi. He's a Pakistani.
He's not a Mo'azen. He's a construction worker.
He doesn't live in Manama. He lives in Muharraq.
No record exists for Irfan in the Justice and Islamic Affairs Ministry. He's a construction worker.

This is the REAL story.

The person whom the Government claims to be the victim holds a Pakistani nationality. His name is Irfan Ahmed Baksh Mohammed. He arrived in Bahrain on the 18th of April 2011 as a worker in Yousif Al-Zayani Trading and Construction Co. W.L.L. He lives in Muharraq. He used to work with gems. He was supposed to meet with a person regarding his work. The person got no reply. So, he called some of Irfan's friends (Ghazi and Abdul Rahman). The friends confirmed to the person that Irfan is now back in Pakistan. They confirmed to the person that Irfan had a work accident; he fell from a scaffold and his tongue was injured (bitten by his tongue due to the fall). The person got Irfan number in Pakistan. He called him. Irfan is now in good condition.

Those are parts of the work permit for Irfan...

And this is a letter from the person who contacted Irfan after he fled to Pakistan. That person is saying in the letter that he's willing to testify in court. However, the court denied all appeals and evidences!!!

STOP LYING & FABRICATING!!!!

Do They Have The Right?

"Fa-Hal Lahu Al-Haqq?"

Cover Page

A new book is now published on the web - "Fa-Hal Lahu Al-Haqq". Its title translates to "Do They Have The Right?". The book's cover-page says"

"After Thursday, we stopped the talking...
People call for the fall of the regime...
Do They Have the Right?"

The title of the book is clear to those who have some background. The title is referring to the bloody Thursday, 17th of February 2011, when riot police attacked the protestors in the Pearl Roundabout in the capital of Bahrain, Manama, at 0300 hours, while they (children, youth, men, women, old people) were asleep, injuring at least 250 and killing 4.

After Thursday, we stopped the talking... People call for the fall of the regime... People are chanting those words even in their sleep. It became a folkloric song that every Bahraini memorizes. The People are directing their words of rage to the regime...

After Thursday, we stopped the talking... People call for the fall of the regime...

After Thursday, we do not want to talk. We do not want dialogue. After you attacked us and killed us while we're asleep? After the attrocities you committed in the Roundabout? After you blew Isa Abdulhassan's head off? After you expressed your sympathy through killing more innocent citizens? After your brutal crackdown against your people? After using Bahrain Defense Force to kill us? After all that, People only want one thing; that is, the fall of the regime.

So... Do They Have The Right? And, hence the name of the book. Do the People of Bahrain have the right to call for the fall of the regime?

The Book depicts the events of February 14 Revolution in Bahrain from 13th of February to mid September 2011 in more than 250 pages that includes official documents, pictures, analysis and a lot more.

The bad news... It's in Arabic.

Some of its subtitles are... Pearl roundabout gathering. Blood Thursday. Turning point. Army scandal. Escalation. Chaos. Day of fear. Government stories. Cleansing. Mudslinging. Betrayal accusations. Sectarianism. Torture. Assassinations. Insulation. Hooliganism. Vandalism. Lies. Fabrication. Cursing. Occupation. Etc...

Interesting book to read. And the first of its kind.

The links to the book can be found here... The electronic version is 182 megabytes in size.

Ahmed Abdulla Hasan - Who is he?

On the 17th of March 2011, Al-Ayyam newspaper, a pro-Government local newspaper posted the following:

It says, “martyrdom of two policemen during the cleansing operation of the Roundabout and Salmaniya Complex”. It claimed that one of the two policemen was “Ahmed Abdulla Hassan”, and post a picture of him. It did not mention anything about the other martyr. It claimed that Ahmed was killed by violent protestors.

Surprise! Ahmed Abdulla Hassan was not a policeman. Ahmed was a protestor. Ahmed was killed by shotgun!! His father denied the claim on the same day and confirmed that Ahmed was killed buy riot police.

And those are some pictures of him. They show very clearly that Ahmed was killed by a shotgun, which refutes the Government’s lies.

Bahrain Government. Please aplogoize. And tell the world that YOU WERE LYING!!
