The Mysterious / Controversial Case

People, I mean sane and rational people, would’ve supported the life-sentence and execution verdicts against Ali Singais, Qassim Hussain, Saeed Abdul Jalil, Isa Abdulla, Abdul Aziz Abdul Redha, Sayed Sadeq Ali and Hussain Jaffar should the Bahraini Government cleared the following ambiguities with regards to the case.

The Seven

The "murder" as video-taped and shown on media

·         In the confessions, one of the seven mentioned that he was dropped off by his colleagues next to Sanabis Secondary Girls school. There’s no such school
·         One of the seven recited a conversation that happened in the other car!
·         One of the confessions was for Ali Saqer, who died in custody and, allegedly, was tortured to death
·         How did the murder take place, where thousands of riot police and army soldiers were surrounding the area, and marching in big groups, and were very close to the scene?
·         The video shows the “body” for at least 3 minutes, unattended by police. Where were the thousands of riot police and army members?
·         At least five helicopters were cruising above the area of the “murder”. Didn’t any of them catch a video of the “murder”?
·         All the seven told their lawyers and families that they were tortured and that they’re innocent
·         One of the seven (the driver) had a broken leg on the 16th of March!! The medical report was submitted to the Court
·         One of the seven said that he picked up a weapon. The video shows that he already had a weapon. He picked up a bag
·         One of the seven said that he asked the driver to protect him and back him up. That’s what the driver did. The strange thing is that the driver backed him up from the South, where the video was shot (bear in mind that the video was shot by an anonymous person living in one of the apartments in the surrounding area and was completely covert) whereas the driver should’ve backed him up from North, where thousands of troops were present and were attacking the protestors
·         Torture marks were vivid on the bodies of the seven
·         The seven were not allowed to see their relatives or meet their lawyers during the course of the trial. As a matter of fact, their lawyer was arrested two days prior to the trial
·         None of the witnesses identified any of the seven. They only saw the car running over a body
·         No information whatsoever was declared about the maroon car, neither was it found
·         The medical report proves that the “murder” took place at 0730. The witnesses claim it happened at 0800!
·         No fingerprints for any of the seven were found on the dark blue car
·         The trial concluded in 12 days!!!

That's how riot police were marching - in groups

The seven were accused of running over two policemen on the 16th of March 2011 close to the Pearl Roundabout during the evacuation operation. Their confessions were shown on TV.

Bahrain Government. You MUST get back to your people on the above!
